Position:General Manager

 

Requirements:

-College degree and above;

-Proficient in English and Mandarin;

-Good communication ability a must;

-Self-confidence, optimistic, active and serious working attitude and team spirit;

-Ability to work under pressure;

-With more than 3 years work experience in team is preferred;

-Can go abroad to receive training headquarters, 3 months-6 months.

 

Responsibility:

–In charge of daily management;

-Stay connected with the board, especially the chairman, and report on major issues timely;

-Analyze the feasibility and risk of company projects and make suggestions;

-Promote the realization of the company’s operational objectives;

-Encourage the employees’ motivation and enthusiasm, Review their work performance assessment;

-Familiar with national laws.
